There are several different types of Bend Classes available to choose from! Private class, as well as large group instruction, is available.
Up to 30 mats are provided for the class by your instructor and a portable sound system is available if needed.
Special events come with the option of having Lynda LaCoax provide catering for your event. As a Certified Holistic Health Coach Lynda has a passion for creating edible options that are as healthy as they are delicious. Pricing depends on the size of the event.
- The 1 Hour Bend Tyro Class™
This class is a great option for large groups of 25-35 people. As a beginner level class, it offers the challenge of a mild workout in the beginning and stretching poses that are held for 30-60 seconds. This is a great place to start for people with minor mobility issues and is great for all ages. I have had people as young as 8 and as old as 80 complete this class without issue. If you're looking for a workshop with just enough edge to be pleasantly sore in the morning, this is a pretty awesome class. Class time can be extended if necessary.
- The 1.5 Hour Bend Apprentice Class™
Bend Apprentice is designed for the fitness enthusiast! Those who need a bit tougher of a class and want to push the body and gain some flexibility. With two workout segments and stretches held for 60-90 seconds you really start to feel the burn! This full body workout is a bit more intense than the Tyro class and should be approached by those looking for a bit of a challenge. Recommended for groups of 25 or less, Apprentice can be taught as a large group class or as a private class.
- The 2 Hour Bend Master Class™
I’m not going to lie…this class is not for the faint of heart.
This is 2 hours of intense strength conditioning and flexibility training. If you want a fitness challenge with the ability to help you gain flexibility and body awareness while providing some serious muscle tone and definition, then this is the class for you! With 5 workout segments and stretches held for 120-180 seconds by the end of class, you'll be as bendy as you are exhausted. This is a great class for people who are already advanced in activities like ballet, parkour, martial arts, CrossFit, rock climbing, and various other sports that require range of movement coupled with intense strength.
This class is capped at 15 people only.
